Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions.
hp88 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per channel are displayed at the time of transaction within the platform. All deposits are credited to your hp88 wallet in Philippine Peso. hp88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit or to a verified payment method registered in your name. hp88 reserves the right to require full KYC completion before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers may take up to two (2) business days.
hp88 will not process withdrawal requests where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) active bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled; (c) the account is under investigation for fraudulent activity; or (d) the account has been flagged for responsible gaming assessment. hp88 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large withdrawals.
Currency: All transactions on hp88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). hp88 does not charge currency conversion fees. Quoted amounts are always in PHP unless otherwise stated.
hp88 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly within each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal.
hp88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of low-risk or hedged betting strategies to clear wagering requirements; the exploitation of errors or loopholes in promotional terms; and the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once. Where hp88 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, hp88 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and/or close the account.
hp88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Players with bonuses already credited to their accounts at the time of any modification will be notified of any material change to applicable terms.

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall take precedence for game-play purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hp88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the hp88 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial losses.
hp88's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your hp88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hp88 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. hp88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from planned or unplanned platform maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or acts of government.
Note for Philippine Players: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Philippine consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
hp88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where hp88 reasonably determines that: (a) the Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) the account is linked to money laundering or other illegal activity; (d) KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; or (e) PAGCOR or another regulatory authority has directed hp88 to do so.
Upon closure of your account, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. Any available balance (net of any forfeitable amounts under these Terms) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and regulatory checks.
You may request closure of your hp88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled normally. Your account history and transaction records will be retained by hp88 for the period required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

PAGCOR exercises supervisory and regulatory authority over all gaming activities conducted on the hp88 platform. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
